Founding Director Dr. Patrick Crowley's 20+ years as an educator, facilitator, trainer and activist has shown him that experiential learning is a powerful and effective way to engender the transformation groups seek. Experiential learning builds on existing knowledge, connects theory with practical application and works on cognitive and affective levels. This more holistic approach can aid in forging deeper relationships, accountable communication, risk taking, creativity and collaboration.
